Refund Policy

For Tournaments & Events

• Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before scheduled start
• 50% refund if cancelled between 12–24 hours before start
• No refund if cancelled within 12 hours of start time
• No refund for no‑shows

For Shop Purchases

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect
• Refunds processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
• Digital items (if any) are non‑refundable
